# Set up notification emails and landing page

You can now configure notification emails and landing page for all your survey pages! Simply click the edit link for a survey page and enter the email(s) where a notification should be sent every time a survey response is submitted, and the page that supporters should be directed to once they complete the survey. See the guidance above on editing your survey settings in FormJoy, for instructions on navigating to the settings page.\

The notification emails include:

* the supporter's name, email and NationBuilder profile link
* all the supporter's answers to the survey questions
