How are the notification emails implemented?

The notification emails to admins are sent from support@formjoy.com so that domain is all configured with the necessary sender authentication and SPF records.

However, the autoresponders are sent from the email address specified by you We can definitely help you complete the sender authentication process so your domain/subdomain is verified for email delivery through the FormJoy SendGrid account. That process isn’t yet visible through the FormJoy interface but it’s an easy thing we can configure for each organisation to maximise the email deliverability of their autoresponders.
